1. Shipping & Local Delivery

  • Delivery Coordination: Because our furniture is heavy-duty and pre-assembled, we do not ship via standard postal carriers. Instead, delivery is coordinated directly with our team or our trusted regional delivery partners.
  • Timelines: Lead times for custom orders vary depending on the season and manufacturer schedules. Estimated build and delivery windows will be explicitly detailed on your custom price quote.
  • Delivery Rates: Delivery fees are calculated based on your physical distance from our Ellensburg, WA hub and will be clearly outlined on your invoice before order confirmation.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect all items. In the highly unlikely event that any furniture piece is damaged during transit, please report it to our delivery team immediately or contact us within 48 hours of drop-off so we can coordinate a repair or replacement.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because our furniture is custom built to your chosen specifications (including custom color combinations), all sales on custom orders are final once production has commenced.
  • Stock Items: For non-custom, in-stock inventory purchases, returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in brand-new, unused, and undamaged condition. Returns of stock items are subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for any transport/pick-up costs associated with returning the item.
